Welcome to Delfikorakle: A Time Capsule of Thoughts

This blog has found a new home within the microblogging realm of Twitter and the collaborative ambiance of Facebook Groups. We've followed the lead of The Artist Formerly Known As Elon Musk, who, incidentally, has recently given Twitter a new moniker. Our hub is now on X and Facebook Groups.

Since 2002, I've been navigating the blogosphere, originally dwelling at Zoo Station, which earned the IndieBloggies Award in 2004. While Zoo Station is a thing of the past, Delfikorakle lives on, capturing moments and musings that span technology, finance, organizational behavior, tech management, and strategic management. For the latest insights, check out our Facebook Groups.

Expect not a Pulitzer from this blog; it's more of a time capsule – a digital scrapbook, if you will.

Disclaimer: This blog doubles as an A.I. lab for our company. Approach the content with a grain of silicon. While the formatting might lack polish, the information is accurate, including the kudos. I experiment with various HTML elements as part of A.I. research.

All our subscribers have migrated to Facebook Groups, which, by the way, exude professionalism akin to Elon's memes. By no means, am I an Elon Musk hater. In fact, I've consistently supported his ventures, and a dedicated post on Elon Musk will soon grace this blog. My jests about his internet antics are lighthearted fun, not shade-throwing.

Social Media Utility Ratings:

  • U(t, Facebook Messenger): Positively rated, though WhatsApp, Signal, and Telegram are equally commendable.
  • U(t, Facebook): Some find it positive, but for many, it leans toward the negative.
  • U(t, Twitter): Mostly negative, unless you're a verified superstar.
  • U(t, Facebook Groups): Slightly positive, particularly with the Schedule Ahead feature, but not universally appreciated.
  • U(t, Blogger): Dusty and outdated, akin to an encyclopedia in your grandma's attic.
  • U(t, Reddit): High and positive, especially if you're adept at navigating anonymous user IDs and uncovering research papers.

Social media metrics are akin to entries in a database—download an open-source database and create your own numbers game. Immediate utility remains elusive unless you're a digital influencer.

Who cares about Likes from a decade ago? Exactly. It offers perspective on the social media circus. As a FIRE movement enthusiast, consider investing time in long-term goals instead of social media.

Thanks for visiting, and remember: a tweet a day won't keep the doctor away, but a good laugh might! 🚀🤓
